Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old to use the okba platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. okba may request a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document at any time to verify age. Providing a false age will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Single Account Policy

Each user may register only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, IP address, or device is a clear violation of these terms. In such cases, all accounts will be closed and any bonus benefits will be cancelled.

Geographic Restrictions

okba provides services for users in Bangladesh. Registering fraudulently from a restricted region or using a VPN will be considered a violation of these terms. okba reserves the right to close such accounts without notice.

Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure. If your information changes (such as your mobile number or email address), please notify our support team immediately.

Password and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. okba will never ask for your password by phone or email. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you immediately notify us that your account is being used by a third party.

Identity Verification (KYC)

okba may request identity verification at any time. If required documents are not submitted in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended. Required documents may include:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or proof of address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the okba platform is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Transaction Cancellation and Fraud

okba reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and investigate suspicious transactions. If evidence of fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or illegal activity is found, okba may seize funds and notify the relevant legal authorities. okba has the right to return any funds deposited in excess by mistake.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x) — meaning you must wager 20 times the total of the bonus and deposit amount before withdrawing. The welcome bonus applies only once per user.

VIP Cashback Program

Active members on okba can advance through four VIP tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.1% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.5% cashback per week

Advancement to higher tiers is possible based on regular and active play. okba reserves the final authority to determine VIP tier status.

Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Any attempt to abuse bonuses by creating multiple accounts, using bots, or any other method will result in all associated accounts being closed and all funds being forfeited. okba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its sole discretion.

Fair Play Policy

okba believes in fair play. All our games use technically verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to technically influence the outcome of a game is a violation of these terms.

Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If the result of a game remains undetermined due to a technical error, okba reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the original amount.

Special Conditions for Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, and other sports, if an event is cancelled or left incomplete, okba will generally cancel the bet and return the funds. However, specific rules may apply in special circumstances. Separate betting guidelines may be issued for high-profile events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or ICC tournaments.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a lost internet connection, device shutdown, or any other technical reason, okba will verify server logs before making a decision. In such situations, okba's decision will be considered final.

Strictly Prohibited Actions

Any of the following activities constitute a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Placing bets using third-party funds
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other members
• Impersonating okba staff or providing a false identity
• Accessing from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy

Coordinated Betting Prohibition

Multiple users collectively placing coordinated bets to gain bonus benefits ("arbitrage betting" or "collusion") is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the funds of all associated accounts will be forfeited.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

SSL Encryption and Data Protection

All data transmitted on the okba platform is protected through SSL encryption technology. Payment information, login credentials, and personal data are not sold or shared with any third party — except where required by legal obligation.

Closure at okba's Initiative

okba may close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Funds After Closure

Unless the account is closed due to a violation of these terms, legitimately earned funds will be returned to the member. However, earnings from bonuses and bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

Service Interruption

okba always strives to ensure continuity of service. However, okba will not be liable for any loss caused by a temporary service outage due to maintenance, technical issues, cyber attacks, or natural disasters. In such situations, ongoing bets may be cancelled and funds returned.

Third-Party Services
